Crude oil prices increased on Monday, as the U.S. and Iran signalled, they
would continue nuclear talks, pointing to easing regional tensions but leaving
ample uncertainty, which kept a risk premium in place. Despite reports of
constructive discussions, the U.S. imposed fresh sanctions on Iranian oil
exports on Friday, helping lift Brent crude by 1.5% to $69.04 per barrel.
