Crude oil prices extended gains on Wednesday after the Federal Reserve kept
interest rates steady as widely expected, hovering near a four-month high.
Prices have recently risen after extreme cold weather disrupted production
across the U.S., pointing to tighter supplies. Hence, Brent crude rose by 1.2%
to $68.40 per barrel.
