Crude oil prices slid on Thursday as easing geopolitical tensions, including
softer US rhetoric on Greenland and Iran, reduced risk premiums, while
concerns that supply was outpacing demand weighed on sentiment. As a result,
Brent crude fell by 1.8% to $64.06 per barrel.
